Our high-end ventilator MEDUMAT Transport is ideal for pre-hospital and secondary medical care of emergency patients and the transport of intensive care patients.  Initially established in ground emergency medical services, MEDUMAT Transport has now been deployed by national and international air rescue services.

The whole world wants MEDUMAT Transport. Germany, Switzerland (Swiss Air-Rescue Rega), the Czech Republic (Czech Air Rescue Service) and Poland (Polish Air Rescue) already have the ventilator on board. The Swiss decided in favor of MEDUMAT Transport after a test phase of several weeks at a hospital in Basel.   

Besides its sophisticated ventilation technology, MEDUMAT Transport distinguishes itself with many clever details which came from close collaboration with users. They include night mode with a dimmed display that does not disturb pilots or EMTs, alarm lights that draw the user's attention in noisy surroundings and access to the patient hose system from the front of the device that allows work in very tight quarters.   

To prove its robustness, MEDUMAT Transport stood up to extremely tough vibration tests for hours at a time. The device's airworthiness was the subject of many successful tests which examined its electromagnetic compatibility with electronic systems onboard different kinds of aircraft.

MEDUMAT Transport can be used continuously, with no interruption in patient monitoring. You can keep a close watch on your patients with the help of up to three simultaneously displayed curves and, as required, integrated CO₂ measurement (capnography). In addition to differentiated ventilation for routine hospital use, MEDUMAT Transport offers the simplicity of standard ventilation in pre-hospital care.
