Portable, multi-use Oxygen System

In the event of a disaster with mass casualties, rescue personnel need medical equipment that is handy, tough and easy to use. The O₂ Box Rescue fulfills these requirements. It permits the medical staff to supply oxygen to four patients at one time. The oxygen administrator, which is conveniently placed in the cover, has additional outlets which can be connected to a central gas facility, a ventilator or a demand valve with a bag-valve- mask resuscitator. Thus just one of the transportable boxes ensures maximum flexibility of use and a stock of up to 2000 liters of oxygen. Thanks to the Walther seal on the pressure hose and pressure reducer, changing cylinders is fast and easy. Cylinders not needed for use with the oxygen administrator can be used for other purposes when connected via outlet G 3/8 or a Walther Type cap.
