EEC Letter of Conformity
All Weinmann products fulfill the requirements of the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC including Directive 2007/47/EC.
The European Council requires no new issuance of a declaration of conformity.
Therefore, all declarations of conformity issued prior to 21 March 2010 retain their validity and also include revisions contained in Directive 2007/47/EG.
New declarations of conformity were issued when changes to content were made necessary by new requirements of Directive 2007/47/EG.
