Records and transfers data to SOMNOlab software

With the Transferbox 2 and the diagnostics device SOMNOlab 2 you have a complete sleep lab. The box captures the data recorded by the SOMNOlab 2 diagnostic device wirelessly or via USB stick. It can also capture data from a Weinmann therapy device along with up to four third-party devices. For this purpose the Transferbox 2 has a connection for Weinmann devices and four analog ports. The Weinmann connection permits remote setting of Weinmann devices via LAN. A light sensor records the brightness of the patient room for the automatic "Light ON/OFF" analysis.

In online use the Transferbox 2 forwards all data via LAN to PC software SOMNOlab. When used offline, it transmits data to the SOMNOlab-2 basic device, where they are stored with their signals on a smart card for subsequent read-out. This set-up makes possible complete, documented and automatic titration in the patient's home.

Our very easy-to-use pairing procedure guarantees reliable wireless communication between the SOMNOlab-2 basic device and the Transferbox 2.
