SOMNOsoft+ is the CPAP therapy device with the gentle and intelligent pressure relief softPAP. In softPAP mode, SOMNOsoft+ anticipates the change to exhalation phase and reduces the CPAP pressure. The reduction is made only when no respiratory events such as apnea or valid flow limitations are detected. The device thus ensures that the patient's airways are held open at all times. During inspiration SOMNOsoft+ gently ventilates the patient with dependable and effective CPAP.

Particularly sensitive patients sleep more comfortably because with softPAP they can exhale more easily. Their sleep is more restorative and their compliance is significantly improved. With the use of softPAP, doctors have a broader therapy spectrum.
