(Auto) BiLevel S Therapy

In the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, bilevel ventilators hold open the airways with different pressure levels during inspiration and early and late expiration phases and provide patients with the required tidal volume. Furthermore, (auto) BiLevel S therapy offers the additional security of an adjustable backup frequency which takes over if the patient's spontaneous breathing is interrupted, for example due to central apnea.
